Vetiver

Vetiver is a large, clumpy bunch grass native to Asia.

The plant's fragrant roots can grow up to 12 feet deep, making it useful in dryland restoration to reduce soil erosion. Its potent anti-inflammatory properties have been used in traditional medicine as a treatment for many different affictions, including stress and nerve related maladies. Vetiver's roots possess antifungal and stimulant properties which help with skin rashes and insect bites.
